MORSE CODE TRANSLATOR / TRUST
Terms of Service
Terms for using morsecodetranslator.tools.
Updated Aug 18, 2026
Effective date: August 18, 2026
These terms apply when you access or use morsecodetranslator.tools, including the public translator, alphabet reference, learning material, Blog and files generated by the tool. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Use of the tool
Morse Code Translator is provided as a general educational and utility service. You may use the public translator, reference pages and downloads for lawful purposes.
The core translation runs in your browser and does not require a public account. You are responsible for the text or Morse code you enter, the links you choose to share and the files you download. Make sure you have the right to use and distribute that material.
The Share action places the selected value in a URL fragment. Anyone who receives the complete link may be able to read it. Review the link content and its recipients before sending it.
Accuracy and responsibility
The product follows its published International Morse dataset and keeps unsupported input visible, but no communication tool is error-free. Verify safety-critical, emergency, aviation, maritime or regulated communications through the appropriate official process and equipment.
Displayed spaces and slashes are a readable representation of character and word boundaries. Audio timing depends on browser capabilities, device output and the settings you select. Check a result in both panels and listen at a suitable speed before relying on it.
Articles and learning pages provide general educational information. Standards and operating procedures can depend on context, service and jurisdiction. The relevant official authority, instructor or licensed operator remains the source for requirements that apply to a real regulated communication.
Downloads and browser features
TXT and WAV files are generated from the current result in your browser. You are responsible for choosing a safe file name, storing the file and checking that it contains the intended message. Browser, operating-system or device limits may affect audio, clipboard, vibration, sharing and download features.
Links to another site or application are provided for reference or for an action you choose. The destination is responsible for its own content, availability and terms. Opening or sharing an external destination does not make it part of this service.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with service availability, probe private administration, distribute malware or violate another person's rights.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain administrator credentials, overload the service, introduce malicious code, scrape private routes or use automated requests in a way that disrupts normal visitors. You must not present an altered, incomplete or misleading output as an official emergency or regulated instruction.
Reasonable links to public pages and ordinary use of generated results are allowed. Automated use that creates excessive traffic, copies protected content or interferes with security may be limited.
Availability
Features may change as standards, browsers and infrastructure evolve. We may correct or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe or outside the product scope.
The site may be unavailable during maintenance, security response, infrastructure failures or events outside reasonable control. Access can be limited when necessary to protect the service, its administrator or other visitors. A feature shown in one browser may be unavailable when that browser does not provide the required audio, clipboard, share or download capability.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or operating practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated terms apply to later use.
